Our statement Thandiwe earrings. The name Thandiwe usually given to women from the Zulu tribe translating to, "loved one" or "beloved," reflecting the richness of love & affection, which can contribute to prosperity in various aspects of life. Hence the predominantly use of green glass beads which represents prosperity, growth, abundance, being in love & the richness healthy plant from a well kept field in full bloom.

Though these elegant earrings that are 22.5cm long are given a Zulu name, the design is very much inspired from the Xhosa tribe & the type of extravagant hand beaded cultural jewelry & attires the women would wear to traditional celebratory ceremonies such as weddings.

They are named Thandiwe thanks to all the love they received from all the women who laid eyes on them once we shared them with the world after taking some time to design them.  We’re madly obsessed with the end result & are for grateful that you feel the same way about them too! One thing's for sure, you’ll be turning heads with these earrings.
